About the event

Transitions emphasize mental, physical, and emotional well-being through a storytelling movement-based performance that uniquely engages the community. This production will feature Sacramento dancers and 2x World of Dance Champions " New Age Theatrics" of the Bay Area. We have brought these two cities together to spread awareness on Suicide Prevention and Seasonal Depression, but don't worry this will still be a PG show. Our mission is to create space for intergenerational conversations around healing together and becoming aware of our personal challenges and those close to us from past, present and to better our FUTURE. You don't have to feel alone and You are never a bother. We also invite local resources to provide information on therapy, counseling, and drug rehabilitation services. Join us for a fun filled day :)

Pre show (ReadThaRoom) will begin at 5pm
